Kleiman, Yvonne Piner

I use mark making as a means to evoke a sense of time.  My process is repetitive and intense—thousands of brushstrokes color each segment of a delicately drawn grid.  The result signifies an amalgamation of many moments, which can only be understood by stepping back and viewing the whole.
